The Kyosho Javelin 4WD 1:10 Kit *Legendary Series* (item K.30618) is a Kyosho Legendary Series re-release of the iconic 1980s Javelin 1/10 4WD electric off-road buggy. The original Javelin was a key step in Kyosho’s 4WD lineage and influenced many of the chassis architectures that followed.
Sold as an unbuilt kit, this version lets builders specify their own motor, ESC, servo, radio and battery to suit their build goals. The Legendary Series rebuild uses period-correct body and chassis architecture with refined modern internals — sealed ball bearings throughout, oil-filled shocks and an updated electronics tray to accommodate modern brushless ESCs and LiPo packs.
The Javelin is one of Kyosho’s most influential 4WD designs from the 1980s and a cornerstone of vintage RC collections.
